That belief brought together two women, both surnamed Zhou (Chou — in Chinese, also the word for silk): one the inheritor of a three-generation Chinese embroidery legacy, the other a curator with a British sensibility. Royal Chou is a research-led luxury embroidery house — slow-made, silk-inspired gifts and cultural experiences that combine heritage craft, symbolism, modern design and a refined East–West story.
