A: Yes. We deliver to the UK, Europe and worldwide. UK Standard 5–8 business days (£10, free on orders of £150 or more), UK Express 1 business day (£15), Europe 5–8 business days (£25), rest of the world 5–14 business days (£35).

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Customised and personalised pieces can’t be returned unless faulty.

Q: Will I need to pay duties & taxes?
A: Import duties or VAT may be charged by your local customs authority.

Q: How should I care for silk items?
A: Silk pieces should be dry-cleaned or spot-cleaned by professionals. Avoid moisture, heat, and abrasion.
