Track your order
Every Royal Chou order is dispatched from the United Kingdom with a confirmation email. When your parcel leaves us, we send a second email containing your tracking details — please check your spam folder if you haven't seen it.
See your orders online
Sign in to your account to view your order history and its current status. You can sign in with the email address you used at checkout — no password needed, Shopify sends you a code.
Delivery times
- United Kingdom — typically 3–5 business days from dispatch
- International — worldwide delivery available; times vary by destination
- Made-to-order and personalised pieces — please allow the making time shown on the product page before dispatch
