Stitch a cluster of ripe cherries in gleaming silk — and learn a 2,000-year-old art. Endorsed by the Royal School of Needlework, this complete kit guides a beginner through Su silk shading, the tradition often described as “painting with a needle.”
You’ll work the long-and-short stitch to build the cherries’ deep-red gradients and glossy highlights on fine silk gauze. Every thread is included — and thanks to the double-sided technique, your finished piece is flawless on both faces, ready to stand in its display frame.
Kit includes — Pre-printed silk gauze, full silk thread set, needles, unique display frame with wooden stand, and an RSN-approved step-by-step booklet.
